Job Description

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead revenue growth strategies for CARICAM Organization, driving innovation and efficiency across the 5 revenue management pillars. With a strong focus on commercial excellence, you will lead strategy development to achieve additional revenue through promotional strategy, mix management, price strategy, trade architecture, and innovation/assortment.

A Day in the Life
  • You will develop pricing tools to support consistent and accurate decisions, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to gather input and execute within specific timeframes.
  • Your expertise will be crucial in defining ideal better-buy and price curve architecture by brand and channel, identifying potential SKUs for rationalization, and aligning proposals with categories and logistics.
  • You will design and implement price increase proposals, considering competitive pricing strategies, brand elasticities, price thresholds, and market performance.
  • Through your analytical skills, you will propose SKUs to capitalize on white space opportunities based on market data, coordinating with multi-functional teams to align proposals and present them to Caricam Leadership for approval.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An undergraduate business degree or other discipline requiring extensive quantitative knowledge.
  • Experience in RGM/Marketing/Finance, preferably with 4+ years of CPG experience.
