In addition, Mars has agreed to acquire Kellanova in a combination that will shape the future of snacking The transaction is anticipated to close within the first half of 2025 (subject to Kellanova shareowner approval and other customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals). The companies remain separate until closing.
SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 based on industry standards and location.
Job DescriptionThis is a senior leadership role within our Revenue Management team, responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth across various product lines and geographies.
You will lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for pricing optimization, promotional strategy development, mix management, trade architecture, and innovation/assortment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing pricing tools to support consistent and accurate decisions
- Defining ideal price curves by brand and channel
- Developing price increase proposals by SKU, considering competitive pricing strategies, brand elasticities, price thresholds, and market performance
- Proposing SKUs to capitalize on white space opportunities based on market data
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- An undergraduate business degree or other discipline that requires extensive quantitative knowledge
- Experience in RGM/Marketing/Finance with a minimum of 4 years of CPG experience preferred
