Revenue Management Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Revenue Management Strategist to lead our pricing and growth initiatives in Guatemala. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic planning, commercial organization coordination, and innovation.
About the Role- Develop pricing tools to support consistent and accurate decisions on pricing, promotional strategy, mix management, trade architecture, and innovation/assortment.
- Define the ideal better-buy and price curve architecture by brand and channel, identifying potential SKUs for rationalization and aligning proposals with categories and logistics.
- Develop price increase proposals by SKU, considering competitive pricing strategies, brand elasticities, price thresholds, and market performance, ensuring clear ROI guidelines and alignment with GM and CD leadership.
- Propose SKUs to capitalize on white space opportunities based on market data, coordinating with multi-functional teams to align proposals and present them to Caricam Leadership for approval.
- Undergraduate business degree or other discipline requiring extensive quantitative knowledge.
- Experience in RGM/Marketing/Finance, preferably 4+ years in CPG.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
