The Demand Generation Manager - North America will be responsible for driving lead acquisition and revenue growth in North America by creating targeted campaigns and optimizing marketing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with multi-channel campaigns, account-based marketing, and marketing automation tools.

The key goals of this position include delivering high-quality SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads) to the sales team, developing and executing multi-channel campaigns, supporting the development and execution of an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize and improve ROI.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving scalable results through marketing operations, creating and executing demand generation strategies that align with Agorapulse's growth goals, and using data to drive decisions and track performance metrics.

A salary of $90,000 per year is estimated for this position, taking into account the company's size, industry, and location.
