Drive Revenue Growth in North America

Agorapulse is seeking a skilled Demand Generation Manager to lead our marketing efforts in North America. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel campaigns to generate high-quality leads for our sales team.

About the Role

You will work closely with our sales team to ensure that the leads you generate meet their expectations and are valuable for conversion. This involves actively reviewing and validating lead quality, maintaining accountability for pipeline metrics, and working with our marketing automation tools to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, paid media, events) to generate high-quality leads for the North American market.
  • Support the development and execution of an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy, targeting mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with sales to align on lead generation goals, optimize handoff processes, and ensure leads are converted into new opportunities.
  • Analyze campaign performance and utilize data-driven insights to optimize and improve ROI, focusing on metrics that drive revenue.
  • Manage regional events and webinars that generate leads, ensuring efficient post-event follow-up to maximize pipeline growth.
  • Work with marketing automation tools to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns and maintain accurate tracking of all activities in our CRM.
