Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics activities to ensure smooth delivery to customers.
- Develop effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare accurate status reports of shipments.
- Take ownership of each job/file and validate costs and revenues.
- Swiftly resolve customer queries and concerns.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to achieve logistics growth targets.
- Provide solutions to customers and proactively track shipments.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working in a similar role with a freight forwarder, logistics company.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate complex stakeholder matrices.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Team player with good attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
