Job Description

As an Event Experience Host, you will be responsible for facilitating interactive social impact events for corporate partners in Guatemala. This is an opportunity to join our Events team on a contract basis and contribute to positively impacting local communities.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate fun, engaging team building activities that support great causes
  • Welcome, engage, and inspire participants while supporting nonprofits
Requirements:
  • Fluent English speaker based in Guatemala
  • Availability to work on a contract per event basis
  • Comfortable interacting with groups and individuals
  • Easy conversationalist with a charismatic personality
  • Background in acting, comedy, or similar profession (not required)
  • Experience with group facilitation and managing group dynamics
  • High energy, positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills
