Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, providing accurate and timely information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer issues with a focus on first-call resolution, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products and services to effectively assist customers.
- Document customer interactions and update account information in the system accurately.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
