Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, providing accurate and timely information regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues with a focus on first-call resolution, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products and services to effectively assist customers.
  • Document customer interactions and update account information in the system accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
