Are you a detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills? We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a technical support professional to provide exceptional customer service and resolve technical issues related to products and services. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide primary technical support to customers via phone, email, and online chat
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Facilitate customer interactions through various systems to provide answers to common questions and problems
  • Work with dealers to secure financing during the car buying process
  • Assist with inventory management and design customer-facing interfaces
  • Support printers and resolve customer concerns related to installation, operation, maintenance, or product/service application compatibility
  • Document customer information and recurring technical issues to support quality programs and product development
  • Apply problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to assess issues and establish a course of action

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Basic programming knowledge and attention to detail
  • Multitasking skill and ability to guide step-by-step solutions
  • Information retention and strong customer service skills

Estimated Salary Range

$45,000 - $65,000 per annum (depending on location)
