Job Overview
Advanced Call Center Technologies is a leading provider of customer service solutions, seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team in Guatemala City. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of our company, delivering exceptional experiences to our clients.

About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from consumers, providing assistance with billing inquiries, payments, credits, fraud alerts, internet and cell phone services, and mortgage servicing. You will use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to resolve issues, negotiate agreements, and meet individual service and sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer needs, soliciting feedback to improve service and responding to requests for service and assistance.
  • Maintain confidentiality, listening actively and keeping emotions under control, while remaining open to others' ideas and trying new approaches.
  • Speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, listening and getting clarification, responding quickly and effectively to customer questions.
  • Multi-task to document interactions while speaking with customers.
  • Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, looking for ways to improve and promote quality, applying feedback to enhance performance, and monitoring own work to ensure quality meets clients' specific standards.
  • Meet productivity standards, completing tasks on time or notifying management of any delays.
  • Follow instructions, respond to management direction, take responsibility for actions, keep commitments, and commit to long hours when necessary to achieve goals.


Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Data entry and basic computer skills.
  • Previous call center experience or assisting customers preferred.
  • The ability to successfully pass a criminal background check.
