Sales Assistant Professional

Description
As a Sales Assistant at Axalta, you will be responsible for achieving sales objectives in your assigned store.
- You will perform activities both within and outside the store, based on planning to meet sales targets.
- Participate actively in internal administrative controls, including cash handling, inventory management, credit applications, and quotations.
- Maintain the store's order and cleanliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
At Axalta, we offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we provide benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
