Business Development Representative

VXI Global Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Call Center Agent to engage with potential customers over the phone. In this role, you will reach out to prospects, build relationships, and promote our products and services. Your strong communication skills and ability to handle objections will be essential in driving sales and achieving targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Making high-volume outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services.
- Engaging customers through rapport building, understanding their needs, and providing information to address their inquiries.
- Promoting products by clearly explaining the benefits of our offerings and persuading potential customers to make a purchase.
- Recording accurate information on calls and customer interactions using our CRM system.
- Meeting individual and team sales targets through effective communication and follow-up.
Qualifications and Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle objections.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM systems a plus.
