About the Role

This is a dynamic position that requires an individual with exceptional communication, organizational, and planning skills to lead a team of professionals in the healthcare sector. As a key player in making our mission a reality, this role plays a vital part in ensuring job satisfaction across various roles involved.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the comprehensive management of field staff, ensuring their availability, planning, recruitment, and hiring to meet project operational needs. They will design guides, guidelines, and protocols for programs, guaranteeing their correct implementation in the field. Additionally, they will monitor and ensure quality in program execution, verifying that staff adheres to established standards. Furthermore, they will ensure that program staff receives proper training, enabling them to effectively carry out their responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper management and availability of field staff, meeting all operational needs of the project.
  • Handle planning, recruitment, selection, and hiring of field staff, aligning profiles with operational and organizational requirements.
  • Keep field staff database updated, ensuring timely and accurate information.
  • Identify vacancies and activation needs for professionals to efficiently meet operational demands.
  • Provide support and monitoring on optimal use of GetConnected software, sharing materials and editing when necessary.
  • Support staff during field tours and address potential emergencies requiring staff replacements.
  • Maintain digital records of all professionals hired for projects, enabling department decision-making based on results.
  • Ensure clear, structured, and transparent processes providing satisfaction to staff during project execution, avoiding confusion and errors in performance.
  • Lead design and updating of methodological tools for proper program implementation and protocol communication to stakeholders.

About the Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A professional or advanced student background in Business Administration with emphasis in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, hiring, and database management.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics coordination, planning, and budgeting (preferably in social organizations).
  • Advanced/Native English proficiency.
  • Availability to travel within and outside the country.
  • Availability to be present during project execution in the field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
