Rider Operations Finance Analyst

Serás responsable de supervisar y analizar todos los indicadores financieros relacionados con las operaciones del equipo de Logística de PedidosYa, asegurando un control adecuado de costos y la implementación de estrategias que contribuyan a la eficiencia operativa. Además, colaborarás en iniciativas para mejorar la satisfacción de los repartidores, optimizando el rendimiento y apoyando la toma de decisiones basada en datos:
- Monitorear y analizar el rendimiento financiero del equipo de Logística, incluyendo costos de operación, gastos generales, y cumplimiento de presupuestos.
- Elaborar informes financieros periódicos y proporcionar insights para la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
- Desarrollar dashboards y reportes de KPI´s financieros y operacionales, garantizando la visibilidad de las métricas clave.
- Identificar oportunidades de reducción de costos y optimización de recursos sin comprometer la calidad del servicio.
- Proponer e implementar iniciativas de ahorro y eficiencia, alineadas con los objetivos del área.
- Trabajar en conjunto con equipos financieros y de operaciones para asegurar una planificación adecuada y ejecución de presupuestos.
- Colaborar con el equipo de Rider Experience para desarrollar iniciativas que aumenten la satisfacción y la retención de los repartidores.
- Realizar análisis de feedback de los repartidores.
Requisitos
Formación en Finanzas, Administración, Logística, Economía, Ingeniería o afines.
Conocimientos sólidos de conceptos y operaciones administrativo financieras.
Alto manejo de Excel (puede implicar prueba técnica).
Manejo de herramientas de Reporting (SQL o Power BI, muy valorado).
Deberás contar con disponibilidad para viajar al interior del país.
Deseable automóvil propio.
