Responsibilities

o Ability to handle difficult interactions with customers via chat and phone

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

· High school diploma

· 90% in both spoken and written English

· Good Communication skills.

· Ability to work under pressure under specific goals and manage AHT

· Results oriented and good people skills.

· Networking knowledge is a must.

. Previous experience as tech support agent

. CCNA , CISCO or equivalent certifications is a must
