Maximize Share of Value (SOV) through setting and tracking data-driven DX strategies, while building capabilities of Perfect Store PepsiCo framework across the business unit.
Your Impact:
AsRevenue Management & Trade Marketing Associate Manager your scope would consist of:
Set commercial strategy Track performance of commercial initiatives Build growth/commercial capabilities in the organization (Tools/Processes/People Skills) Support on evolving Shopper Value Offer diagnosis/recommendation process Implement Retailer Value Offer improvement projects/ processes Support on setting/tracking Picture Of Growth process, while optimizing commercial levers combo Support on identifying business Growth Pools for all categories/countries Support on evolving Pack Price Architecture definition process Implement Trade Management projects/processes to optimize STB/A&M allocation QualificationsWho Are We Looking For?
8+ years of experience leading multifunctional business solutions programs/projects Proven success in making data-driven decisions and delivering results Understanding of internal business metrics (P&L, systems economics), external sources such as Retail Audit ( Nielsen). Desired: Shoppers Home Panel ( Kantar), Brand Health ( BMS), Global Data (QRSR, LRB Sizing) Understanding of commercial operations (channels, customers, attention models, segmentation, execution) in consumer goods industries Past Roles: Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Commercial Intelligence, Revenue Management, Pricing Specialist, Commercial Finance Top Skill Required: FMCG Commercial Strategy & Pricing Analytics Functional Skills: Shopper Marketing, Trade Marketing, Route to Market/Go to Market Business Skills: FMCG Industry, Matrix OrganizationsIf this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
