People Services Analyst - NCA (Guatemala, El Salvador & Honduras)
Gestionar y dar soporte operativo de todos los procesos del área de People y proyectos adhoc que puedan surgir, en coordinación con otros departamentos y principales stakeholders, para asegurar que la operatividad del área de People esté alineada a necesidades del negocio. Ser gestor del cambio, acompañando a las organizaciones hacia la transformación.
Dentro de las principales funciones a realizar se encuentran:
Mantenimiento y actualización de las bases de datos de People como: People Hub, legajos, descriptores de cargos, centros de costos, salarios y esquemas de compensación variables. Gestionar las operaciones asociadas a costos, control de headcount, ausentismo, vacaciones, provisiones junto con el área de finanzas y demás stakeholders. Manejo del bróker de salud y vida junto con el área de procurement, asegurando adhesión de los colaboradores a este y otros beneficios. Gestión de la nómina y los INCONTROLS asociados, en colaboración con PBP y los aprobadores, revisores de la nómina. Manejo de procesos de compras People junto con órdenes de compras y facturación, dentro del presupuesto anual (AOP). Identificar áreas de mejora proactivamente e implementar eficiencias y sinergias en la gestión de People de ambos países para mejorar la experiencia de los colaboradores en nuestros procesos, políticas, beneficios, sistemas de gestión, etc. Benchmarking e implementación de mejores prácticas para mejorar procesos operativos de ambos países. Ser gestor del cambio para facilitar y conseguir la implementación exitosa de los procesos de transformación, trabajando con y para las personas en la aceptación y asimilación de los cambios y en la reducción de la resistencia a los mismos.Haremos Match si cumples con los siguientes Requisitos:
Profesional de psicología organizacional, administración de empresas o carreras afines. Experiencia de al menos 3 años en corporaciones, posiciones de analista o generalista de recursos humanos. Manejo de herramientas de Office intermedio o avanzado, específicamente Excel. Disponibilidad para viajar a Hondura y El Salvador, según requerimiento.
