Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Representative to join our team at Conduent Business Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service through timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems.
