Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Representative to join our team at Conduent Business Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
  • Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex customer concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems.
