Customer Service Representative Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, providing accurate and timely information regarding products and services.
Resolve customer issues with a focus on first-call resolution, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products and services to effectively assist customers.
Document customer interactions and update account information in the system accurately.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.
Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes with professionalism.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Must be willing to work onsite.
