At Vinculate Group, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Agent to join our team in an on-site position.

We're looking for someone with advanced university studies in fields related to International Relations, International Trade, Marketing, or similar areas. Your minimum of one year's experience in customer service and problem-solving will enable you to effectively handle client interactions.

Proficiency in English is mandatory. You should have excellent writing skills with impeccable grammar and spelling, allowing you to create clear and concise communication.

You'll be working Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., based in Zone 13. This role requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing situations.

To excel in this position, you must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. With your expertise in CRM management and customer service, you'll ensure seamless interactions between clients and our company.

Your work environment will foster collaboration and open communication among colleagues. Our goal is to provide top-notch support services while continually improving processes and procedures.

Requirements
  • Advanced university studies (at least 3rd year) in International Relations, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, problem-solving, and CRM management
  • Advanced English proficiency (mandatory)
  • Excellent writing skills in English, with impeccable grammar and spelling
  • Availability to work in Zone 13, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
