Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Corporacion Grupo TACSA. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers via phone, email, and chat.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and networking, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to troubleshoot hardware and software issues, guide users through step-by-step solutions, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Assist users with technical problems, guiding them through step-by-step solutions.
- Document all interactions and solutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
- Previous experience in a Help Desk or Call Center environment.
- Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and networking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
