At Talent GT, we are seeking a Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and support.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

You will also need to have a proactive approach to problem-solving and be able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

  • Studies or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field
  • At least one year of experience in a client-oriented position, receptionist, or administrative assistant
