Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Customer and Training Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably within the truck sector.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to acquire in-depth knowledge of our products and provide expert training to local dealers. You will be responsible for conducting regular visits to our fleet customers, submitting weekly visit reports, and gathering customer feedback. Additionally, you will conduct market research on competitors, including their specifications, pricing strategies, and market behavior.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular visits to local fleet customers and submit weekly visit reports.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of products and provide training to local dealers.
- Conduct market research on competitors, including their specifications, pricing strategies, and market behavior.
- Gather customer feedback and investigate vehicle usage scenarios.
Requirements

- Willingness to learn and travel to other countries as needed.
Benefits
- Monthly salary range: $1,500 - $2,500 USD.
- Department sales commission: $100-$300 USD/month.
- Transportation and communication allowance: $100 USD/month.
- Training subsidies: $100 Q/day during training periods.
