Strategic Financial Manager

At Vinculate Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial Manager to join our team.

This role is responsible for managing the financial functions of the company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic guidance on financial matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
• Manage the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial plans and budgets.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A degree in Accounting or related field, with advanced university studies (at least 3rd year).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions, preferably in international service companies.
• Skills and experience in treasury, accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, and personnel management.
• Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
• Excellent writing skills in English, with impeccable grammar and spelling.
