Where you’ll work: Guatemala City | Brazil Remote Accounting and Finance at GoTo The Accounting and Finance team is essential to our business. While the specific roles may vary, one thing is certain – you will be at the center of our organization and an integral part of the team responsible for ensuring the efficient financial management and financial controls necessary to support all our business activities. This is where you make an impact. Your Day to Day As a Trilingual Customer Payment Support Specialist (Spanish, English and Portugues speaker) you would be working on Inbound Billing Activities – You will work on a case and call queue providing support to our customers via emails and calls.Solving Customer Disputes --- You will support our customers through efficient and timely dispute management and resolutionInterdepartmental Collaboration --- You will be collaborating with other departments daily in an effort to solve customer disputes and answer customer inquiries What We’re Looking For As a Trilingual Customer Payment Support Specialist (Spanish, English and Portuguese speaker) your background will look likePrior experience in a customer support or finance role are a plus
Ability to thrive while managing high transactional volumes
Self-motivated, resourceful individual who excels at communication and collaboration
Advaced written and spoken skills in Spanish, English and Portuguese
Excel - Basic/Intermediate
Good verbal and written communication, good relationship, flexibility and pro-activity
Active Listening Skills
Team player
Higher education, currently attending or complete (desirable)
Basic knowledge of financial transactions.
Prior knowledge of Sales Force and/or NetSuite (desirable)
