Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, Tech support- Forms
Responsibilities
·Responsible for providing support to the forms that dealers provide to their clients, doing math, corrections and creating new functions, all of which they do through codes.
·Ability to handle difficult interactions with customers via chat and phone
·Adherence to compliance policy.
·Work under specific goals and manage AHT
·Proficiency in Tech Support
·Product Breakdown
·Math Problems
·Order Forms or Update Blocks
·Signature Boxes
·Create Prompts
·Solve Technical Problems.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
·High school diploma
·90% in both spoken and written English
·Good Communication skills.
·Schedule Flexibility is a must.
· Basic Programming experience. & Knowledge in Coding
·Previous experience as tech support agent.
·Multitasking Skill.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
·Think creatively to meet the customer needs.
·Ability to multi-task with excellent follow through.
·Ability to effectively communicate through phone and email.
·Strong analytical and strategic thinker.
