Descripción del empleo
Administrar el ecosistema de datos de Logística de tal manera de proveer reportería y análisis oportuno para la toma de decisiones en esa área:
Recopilar, entender y validar las necesidades funcionales del negocio con foco en Logística.
Analizar de cerca la performance logística en la ciudad.
Colaboración en el análisis de la performance y operativa logística.
Detección de variables críticas que impactan en la operación.
Análisis de datos para identificar el potencial de optimización, establecer prioridades y planes que contribuyen al comportamiento de nuestra flota.
Generación y seguimiento de KPI´s. Elaborar reportes.
Diseñar y construir soluciones de reportes, tableros de control e indicadores de gestión que permitan el análisis oportuno de información de performance de las distintas campañas y acciones comerciales.
Seguimiento en balances de pagos de los repartidores.
Análisis financieros de bad debt.
Control de balances de billetera.
Atención de repartidores.
Planificación y gestión de los requerimientos en conjunto con stakeholders.
Proponer cursos de acción en función del análisis de tendencias y resultados y otorgar feedback al área.
Requisitos
Perfil Data Driven.
Experiencia afín a las funciones descritas para este rol.
Formación en carreras de Ingeniería, Economía, Administración, Finanzas, Logística, afines.
Experiencia en SQL.
Deseable experiencia en otras herramientas de Reporting (R, Tableau, Power BI, Looker o Python)
Experiencia en la creación/presentación de informes y dashboards así como en involucrarse en el negocio generando acciones y participando activamente en proyectos de alto impacto.Conocimiento avanzado de todo el paquete Office, incluidas las tablas dinámicas, y el desarrollo de fórmulas complejas.
