Ser la primera línea de atención y soporte para los stakeholders, tener la capacidad técnica para resolver o escalar al equipo que pueda dar el apoyo necesario y brindar el seguimiento necesario para concluir las solicitudes de estos.
Tener el conocimiento para dar capacitaciones a los stakeholders en las siguientes herramientas: Plataforma multi-agente, Help desk.

Retos del puesto:
Dar soporte a los tickets de soporte que ingresan a la plataforma en tiempo y forma conforme al SLA
Dar apoyo con los procesos de creación de clientes y conexión de las herramientas multiagente
Apoyar a los equipos de Operaciones y Comercial en temas de capacitaciones y/o procesos para brindar atención a los clientes
Dar seguimiento a los tickets que se han escalado para cumplir con el SLA de atención.
Investigación de los tickets para dar resolución de la mejor forma y en tiempos adecuados.

A quien buscamos:
Estudiante de 4to. semestre de ingeniería o afines
Experiencia en atención al cliente (call center de tecnología, mesa de servicio, Help Desk)
Experiencia con soporte a diferentes plataformas
Importante contar con disponibilidad para laborar de Jueves a domingo de 8 am a 17:00 horas, con descanso lunes, martes y miércoles
