The AR Analyst is responsible for accurately applying customer payments to invoices,

flagging unapplied or misapplied payments, and supporting the Staff Accountant with bank

reconciliations. This role requires close collaboration with the Billing Team, Collections

Specialists, and the AR Manager to ensure exceptions are resolved quickly and communication

with customers happens promptly when needed. The AR Analyst will also be responsible for producing a Daily Posting Summary Report, ensuring transparency, and following up on any unresolved items from prior days.

Key Responsibilities:

● Cash Application & Payment Posting

● Exception Handling

● Reconciliation Support

● Daily Reporting, including:

  • Total payments posted by type.
  • Exceptions flagged (unapplied, misapplied, credit notes).
  • Status of unresolved items from prior days.

● Maintain complete records of remittance details and supporting documents.

● Log all exceptions in ERP or designated tracking sheet for audit purposes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

● B2 High English Level

● At least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable, cash application, or

accounting support.

● Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business

Administration preferred.

● Experience with ERP systems and payment posting.

● High attention to detail and accuracy.

● Strong organizational and documentation skills.

● Excellent communication skills for coordination with multiple teams
