Fleet customer and training supervisor

Conduct regular visits to local fleet customers and submit weekly visit reports;
Quickly acquire in-depth knowledge of products, provide training to local dealers, and occasionally travel to other Central American countries for training;
Conduct market research on competitors, including their specifications, pricing strategies, and market behavior;
Gather customer feedback and investigate vehicle usage scenarios;
Perform other duties as assigned by the Office.

Position Requests:
Bachelor degree or higher;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English;
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably within the truck sector;
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers;
Willingness to learn and travel to other countries as needed;
Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills, particularly in engaging with new contacts.

Position Benefits:
Monthly salary range: 1,500 - 2,500 USD + Department sales commission: 100USD-300USD/month + Transportation and communication allowance: 100USD/month +Training subsidies: 100Q/day during training periods.
