El Logistics Specialist es responsable de ejecutar y asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de los procesos operativos dentro de Supply Planning (SNP). Su rol es clave para mantener la integridad de la información en SAP, gestionar parametrizaciones, reason codes, y dar soporte a la planificación de producción y distribución.
Actúa como enlace entre fábrica, bodega, centros de distribución y el equipo SNP, garantizando que los flujos se mantengan actualizados y que las operaciones respondan ágilmente ante cambios, faltantes o incidencias, contribuyendo al correcto abastecimiento para Centroamérica.

Un día en la vida de…

• Ejecutar y actualizar parametrizaciones en SAP para activar productos y controlar información clave del proceso.

• Registrar y mantener Reason Codes ante faltantes de materia prima, problemas de línea o ajustes de producción.

• Monitorear la disponibilidad de producto, cobertura y estatus de fabricación.

• Realizar carga, validación y mantenimiento de información en las herramientas de planificación.

• Coordinar con bodega, CD, producción y otros SNP para asegurar fluidez operativa.

• Proponer mejoras en procesos, estructuras y automatizaciones (incluyendo creación de herramientas en Excel).

• Analizar incidencias y buscar alternativas cuando un producto no puede producirse o un contenedor no puede completarse.

• Dar soporte como backup a otros miembros del equipo cuando sea necesario.

• Colaborar con Demand Planner para asegurar integridad de la demanda en el sistema.

• Mantener el cumplimiento de normas de calidad, seguridad y ambiente.

¿Qué te hará exitoso/a en esta posición…?

• Experiencia de 1 a 2 años en planificación, logística, producción o bodega.

• Conocimiento sólido y comprobable en SAP (indispensable).

• Dominio de Excel intermedio (búsquedas, tablas dinámicas, manejo de bases).

• Inglés básico (preferible para interacción interna y soporte de backups).

• Formación en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración o carreras afines.

• Capacidad de organización, estructura y seguimiento detallado.

• Excelente comunicación con stakeholders internos.
