We're looking for a Sourcing Associate to drive the sourcing strategy and build the candidate network through various sourcing techniques.

As Sourcing Specialist, You Will…

Interact with applicants & respond to initial inquiries and concerns through our social media and various other platformsProcess and track applicant job submissionsSource and generate candidate leads to ensure current hiring requirements are obtainedManage sourcing channels: online, referral programs, external events and vendor managementCreate strategies to meet partner requirementsConduct & request tests needed for hiring Recommend ways of improving recruiting processParticipate in job fairs & hiring eventsCreate and host various promos and activities Promote recruiting using job portals, social media and other various toolsBuild relationships with internal employees

As Sourcing Specialist, You Have…

A college degree or certificate (preferred - equivalent combination of education and work experience will also be considered)3-5 years experience in BPO Recruitment/SourcingStrong verbal and written English communication skillsStrong problem solving and decision making skillsThe ability to work in a fast-paced, always changing environmentThe ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and timelinessThe ability to effectively interact and build relationships with employees at all levels and diverse backgrounds A creative and resourceful attitude to find the perfect candidatesExcellent attention-to-detail and organizational skillsThe ability to work shifts, holidays and weekends
