Information Security Compliance Specialist

At Conduent Business Services, we're committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients and the millions of people who count on them. As a Compliance Manager - Information Security Engineer III, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our compliance programs are robust and effective.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage ongoing compliance assessments throughout the year, ensuring our programs remain compliant with applicable standards.
- Maintain scope of ongoing compliance controls, collaborating with Program liaisons and BISOs to address escalations.
- Provide direction to control owners, PCI Team, and Remediation Managers on environment-related matters.
- Ensure evidence is submitted, reviewed, approved, and stored in Compliance Center, facilitating seamless governance meetings with stakeholders.
- Perform evidence reviews for SOC ongoing compliance controls, driving continuous improvement.
- Onboard new programs to grow and mature our ongoing compliance program, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a technology role, with strong communication and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a strong foundation in MS Office applications.
- Prior experience creating team documentation and procedures, with knowledge of multiple security frameworks (PCI, NIST, ISO, SOC, HIPAA, HITRUST).
- Experience working in a compliance role in a complex organization, with a strong understanding of compliance governance and risk management.
