About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Assurance Analyst III to join our team at Conduent Business Services. As a key member of our Corporate Audit Services (CAS) team, you will be responsible for conducting information security audit engagements, providing sound project management, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Information Security Audits: Conduct thorough and independent audits of information security controls, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for remediation.
  • Project Management: Plan, execute, and deliver audit engagements within established timelines and budgets, ensuring the highest level of quality and professionalism.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with audit staff, IT management, and clients, providing clear and concise updates on audit progress and findings.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and deliver high-quality audit reports, workpapers, and supporting documentation, ensuring compliance with Client Assurance standards.
  • Leadership and Development: Provide guidance and support to audit staff, facilitating their growth and development, and contributing to the success of the CAS team.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Technology, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field of study.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in information security audit, risk management, or a related field, with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and operations.
  • Certifications: Holds at least one IT or Information Security certification, with a willingness to certify in Information Security if not already within 6 months on the job.
  • Language: Advanced English speaker, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional Certifications: Professional audit or information security certifications, such as CIA, CPA, CISA, CISSP, SANS GIAC, etc.
  • Process Improvement: Experience in a recognized process improvement discipline, such as Six Sigma, Lean, CMMI, ITIL, PMP, etc.
  • Reporting on Controls: Experience in reporting on controls at a service organization, such as SOC1/SOC2.
