Compliance Manager - Information Security Engineer III

Join Conduent, a leading provider of mission-critical services and solutions to Fortune 100 companies and over 500 governments, as a Compliance Manager - Information Security Engineer III. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the ongoing compliance of our clients' programs, creating exceptional outcomes for them and the millions of people who rely on them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct ongoing compliance assessments throughout the year, ensuring that all programs meet applicable standards.
  • Manage and maintain the scope of ongoing compliance controls, providing direction to control owners, PCI Team, and Remediation Managers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Program liaisons and BISOs, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Provide expertise on the environment for assigned programs, ensuring that evidence is submitted, reviewed, approved, and stored in Compliance Center.
  • Conduct recurring compliance governance meetings with stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned.
  • Perform evidence reviews for SOC ongoing compliance controls, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Onboard new programs, growing and maturing our ongoing compliance program.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a technology role, with a strong understanding of security frameworks.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a strong background in computer science or a related field.
  • Prior experience creating team documentation and procedures, with a strong understanding of MS Office applications.
  • Strong knowledge of multiple security frameworks, including PCI, NIST, ISO, SOC, HIPAA, and HITRUST.
  • Experience working in a compliance role in a complex organization, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
