Ecommerce Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an Ecommerce Specialist to join our team at Bayer. As an Ecommerce Specialist, you will be responsible for accelerating, managing, and optimizing our online sales tools, platforms, and partner channels for Bayer Brands, including our website and marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data, conduct market research, and implement strategies to drive sales and improve the customer shopping experience.
• Handle day-to-day tasks such as product listings, paid media optimization, focusing on performance marketing, brand toolkit, and measurement.
• Formulate strategies to drive sales and online presence, identify opportunities for growth and expansion in e-commerce.

Requirements

• Graduated or with studies in International Commerce, Logistics, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in e-commerce.
• Advanced English level.
• Analytical Skills, E-Commerce, and Sales.
• Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and marketplace tools (such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify).
• Knowledge of online marketing and a solid understanding of e-commerce principles and best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated and a quick learner who easily retains information.
