We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing critical tasks for efficient loan operations.

About the Role:

Manage high volumes of loan-related documents and data across various tools such as Salesforce, Airtable, Notion, and lender portals.Assist in managing the loan processing pipeline, ensuring seamless transition of loan files to subsequent stages.Communicate effectively with stakeholders via email and phone to resolve customer issues quickly.Perform other administrative duties as necessary to support the operations team.

Key Requirements:

Fluent in English and Spanish.Background in mortgages, underwriting, accounting, or call center customer service.Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office.Excellent communication, attention to detail, and strong time management skills.

Nice to Haves:

Experience with Salesforce, Airtable, Notion, or lender portals.Any background in the mortgage industry would be a significant asset.

Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this role is up to $1800 USD per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
