Job Title: Senior Operations Strategist

Location: Remote (PST Time zone)

Estimated Salary Range: up to $3,000 USD per month

Job Description:

The Senior Operations Strategist will lead critical business processes encompassing financial forecasting, demand and supply planning, project management, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning & Forecasting: Develop and maintain the yearly financial forecast, establishing topline and bottom-line goals.">
• Conduct Demand and Supply Planning: Meet sales targets and maintain optimal inventory levels.">
• Lead Weekly Performance Reviews: Analyze variances, adjust forecasts, and strategize inventory liquidation or marketing spends as needed.">
• Project Management: Oversee purchase orders, manage supplier relationships, and collaborate with freight forwarders.">
• New Product Management: Set up new SKUs in 3PL systems, Shopify, and other platforms as required.">

Qualifications:

Mandatory Requirements:

• ">
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in operations, financial management, or a related role.">
• Proven expertise in advanced Excel, including building and managing complex forecasting models.">
• Experience in demand planning, supply chain management, and sales forecasting.">
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial tools such as QuickBooks.">
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.">">

Nice-to-Haves:

Familiarity with tools such as Flexport, Shopify, and Notion.

Background in e-commerce or wholesale operations.

Experience with S&OP processes, Finaloop, and Amazon FBA workflows.
