If you are a problem-solver,collaborator and holds experience, The PROPEL project requires the hiring of aTechnical Advisor, who will assist the Equity and Quality Division team andtheir field partners by monitoring needs and providing support forcoordination, accountability, and necessary administrative procedures. Theywill provide support to any other follow-up activities that the Projectrequests according to the needs identified by the technical team, we areinterested in hearing from you. Reporting and Supervision:
This role will be supervised by the Deputy Director ofEquity and Quality
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
t in the coordination and logistics for the development of the activities included in the plans of the sub-directorate.
ze and manage all technical and/or administrative activities with internal and external clients as required.
ate invitations to counterparts to participate in Equity and Gender activities.
available to attend project related meetings as required by his/her supervisor.
m attendance of participants at project activities.
in and keep track of participant lists for project activities.
minutes and photographs that serve as input to document the activities of the sub-directorate.
e on-site assistance during meetings, workshops and events.
t with the drafting and preparation of reports of activities carried out and reports of a technical nature that may be required.

e technical assistance on issues related to the sub-directorate, when deemed necessary.
t and compile data for routine internal and external reports.

Professional profile:

Contracting
The hiring will be carried outthrough an employment contract, based in Guatemala City as a Technical Advisorfor the Deputy of Equity and Quality. The duration of the contract will depend onthe availability of funding for the Project.
