Provide support in the integrity processes of the accounting and financial information of the company through the application of tax guidelines and corporate financial policies.
What you will do
- Responsible for consolidating, processing and delivering timely and accurate relevant information used financially and operationally for decision making.
- Reception and fulfillment of the monthly, quarterly and annual calendar of activities for accounting closures.
- Monitor and ensure that the activities of the Monthly Closure are fulfilled.
- Request and prepare the accounting items based on the analysis according to the operation.
- Review closing numbers (NVOs and P&L, OEI).
- Perform accounting integrations and review balance accounts.
- Review financial statements and identify and communicate any adjustments.
- Provide information for internal and external audits.
- Approve and post employee expense reports and clear vendors.
- SLI, Leasings, CNFs, 10K, Annual Survey BE-11 and Stock option.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting or Auditing, Business Administration or related
- At least 3 years in similar positions
- English Proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Tools and SAP management
- Taxes from Guatemala and Central America
- International Financial Reporting Standards
