- Manages multiple facilities within a country region.
- Manages compliance of all local codes for the assigned portfolio.
- Enters work orders and assigns to suppliers.
- Verifies work completed, in coordination with Global Procurement and MSA's assigned to supplier.
- Reconciles quotes and estimated to work orders.
- Verifies work and processes for payment using financial guidelines.
- Revises building safety plans and checks safety equipment for compliance/preventative maintenance scheduling.
- Implements cost saving and best practice strategies for all sites based on culture/country workforce requirements.
- Assigns janitorial staff and maintenance staff assignments.
- Manages operational functionality for infrastructure equipment.
- Maintains compliance with all safety and company standards.
- Develops operating budgets for main Real Estate and Facilities locations in the assigned portfolio.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
