Customer Experience Manager

Ser responsable de diseñar, implementar y supervisar estrategias orientadas a mejorar la satisfacción y fidelización de los clientes, asegurando que cada interacción con la empresa sea positiva, eficiente y genere una relación duradera.
Objetivos:
Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de retención que mejoren la lealtad y satisfacción del cliente, basadas en análisis de datos, tendencias de comportamiento y retroalimentación directa de los clientes.
Liderar y coordinar al equipo de renovación y servicio al cliente, mantener una relación directa con el equipo gerencial para entrega de reportes.
Analizar métricas clave de experiencia del cliente (NPS, CSAT, tasa de abandono, etc.) para identificar áreas de mejora y generar informes detallados sobre el desempeño del área.
Requisitos:
Profesional graduado en Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas con especialización mercadeo, ingeniería Industrial o afines; maestría deseable.
Fuertes habilidades de comunicación, liderazgo y organización.
Manejo avanzado de Excel, Power BI, estudios en Big data (Deseable)
Manejo del Idioma Inglés a nivel Intermedio / Avanzado.
Experiencia de 3 a 4 años como mínimo en posiciones similares como coordinador, analista senior, jefe de Customer Experience.
