Objetivo del puesto

Responsable de la gestión, seguimiento a ejecución de estrategias, acompañamiento, satisfacción y retención de cada cliente. Comunicación directa con clientes y asignación de solicitudes del mismo con las diferentes áreas a trabajar. Cumplimiento de metas, objetivos, tiempos y rentabilidad según objetivo de negocio. Presentación y gestión de reportería y resultados. Gestión de recursos, presupuestos y herramientas.

Descripción del puesto

El Customer Success Manager es responsable de guiar a nuestros clientes a lo largo de su experiencia con nuestros productos y servicios. Este rol asegura que los clientes logren resultados satisfactorios y maximicen el valor de nuestra oferta, estableciendo relaciones sólidas y manteniendo una comunicación constante para anticipar y resolver problemas. El CSM colabora estrechamente con los equipos de ventas, soporte y producto, ayudando a impulsar el crecimiento y la retención de clientes.

Funciones Especificas

· Seguimiento a ejecución de estrategias, acompañamiento, satisfacción y retención de cada cliente.

· Comunicación directa con clientes y asignación de solicitudes del mismo con las diferentes áreas a trabajar

· Cumplimiento de metas, objetivos, tiempos y rentabilidad según objetivo de negocio

· Identificar oportunidades de mejora y optimización del uso del producto.

· Recopilar y analizar retroalimentación del cliente para mejorar la experiencia y los productos, y trasladarla al equipo interno

· Capacitar a los clientes en el uso de herramientas digitales y soluciones de marketing

· Actuar como punto de contacto para resolver problemas

· Presentación y gestión de reportería y resultados

· Gestión de recursos, presupuestos y herramientas

Requisitos de Educación

Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Comunicación,

Inglés avanzado

Requerimientos

· Manejo de los programas de Office avanzado

· Experiencia mínima de 2 años en posiciones similares

· Dominio de plataformas de redes sociales

Certificaciones Adicionales (Idealmente, no indispensables)

· Certificación Hubspot Client Guided onboarding

· Certificación Hubspot Contextual marketing

· Certificación Hubspot Delivering Client Success

· Certificación Hubspot HubSpot Marketing Software

· Certificación Hubspot Inbound Marketing

· Certificación Hubspot Sales enablement

· Certificación Software de Marketing HubSpot

· Certificación Revenue Operations
