Senior Project Management Analyst

Understand scope of transition for service management for both processes service management reporting Status reporting to senior management client

Own implement SLA process framework setup Plan develop project plan Manage project plan track deliverables

Review deliverables Manage cost scope quality time parameters for project Need to have good communication collaboration skills Excellent at stakeholder management

Must have basic knowledge about outsourcing service management domain Service 

transition management lifecycle

Must have good analytical skills addressing issues risks in timely manner

Must have good presentation skills able to run through product demos before product is rolled out to client

Effectively lead large programs

Working experience in Finance Accounting & Procurement, have through knowledge on KPI's in P2P, O2C, R2R, and Financial Reporting 

Proven success record of executing at least 2 end to end transition implementation

Tools experience:- Microsoft Project Plan, MS Server, MS Visio, other major ERP end   user experience is a add on   

Certification Requirements:

Project management certification is preferred (PMI/CAPM or PMP, PRINCE2)
