Your Day to Day  

As a Project Manager Coordinator, you would be working on: 

• Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of projects, including onboarding new customers, deploying add-ons, and overseeing advanced configurations and telephony migrations.
• Coordinate and facilitate effective communication among internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
• Organize and deliver product training sessions and system refreshers for enterprise customers and their teams.
• Perform ongoing risk analysis, manage change requests, and maintain project plans and timelines, ensuring alignment with client needs and company interests.
• Continuously contribute to process improvement and document all project activities, including providing status reports and supporting Senior Project Managers with complex deployments.

What We're Looking For 
As a Project Coordinator, your background will look like: 

• Proven experience leading and managing end-to-end project implementations, with a strong focus on customer onboarding, add-on deployments, advanced technical setups, and telephony migrations.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
• Ability to organize and deliver engaging training sessions and system refreshers for enterprise customers and their teams.
• Strong project management skills, including risk analysis, change management, and maintaining detailed project plans and timelines that align with both client needs and company objectives.
• A proactive, process-oriented mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement, thorough documentation, and the ability to support senior project managers on complex tasks.
