Key Responsibilities

Client Interaction & Relationship Management

  • Visit Client coordinators
    weekly or bi-weekly
    to maintain a strong on-site presence.
  • Build deep rapport with coordinators to understand their expectations, challenges, and priorities.
  • Act as the face of our company, strengthening our partnership through consistent, reliable communication.

Business Insights & Coordination

  • Gather inside visibility on:
  • Upcoming openings
  • Project changes
  • Manager preferences
  • Hiring prioritization
  • Share timely updates with the Delivery/AM team in India & the U.S.

Operational Influence & Support

  • Drive faster:
  • Interview scheduling
  • Feedback collection
  • Offer decisions
  • Ensure we receive early visibility on "hot" requirements and high-priority positions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner daily with our recruiting and delivery teams to align submittals with coordinator expectations.
  • Influence role prioritization across teams to maximize fill-rates and revenue opportunities.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to help improve quality and speed of delivery.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–7 years
    experience in client coordination, account management, staffing, customer success, or similar client-facing roles.
  • Bilingual proficiency
    in English & Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build trust quickly and maintain professional relationships.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients or IT staffing companies (preferred).
  • Highly proactive, organized, and reliable.
  • Comfortable traveling within Guatemala for client visits.
