About the Position

We are seeking a
Creative Project Manager
who is more than a coordinator—you are a conductor of creativity and a strategic partner in the process. This is a deeply client-facing role where you will bridge the gap between our studio's creative vision and our partners' ambitions. You will lead select projects, foster trusted relationships, and ensure a clear, collaborative dialogue throughout the creative journey.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within a creative agency, studio, or similar environment, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of branding and design projects.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Notion
    is non-negotiable; you must be able to build, manage, and optimize a complex project management workspace from day one.
  • A portfolio or case studies demonstrating experience in a client-facing role, relationship-building, and guiding creative projects to successful completion.
  • Strong ability to orchestrate workflows between designers, writers, strategists, and clients, ensuring alignment and continuous inspiration.

What We Offer

  • Salary range: Q8,000 – Q10,000
