Estamos buscando un Project Manager Junior, organizado y apasionado por liderar proyectos publicitarios para clientes ambiciosos. Serás el encargado de coordinar equipos multifuncionales, gestionar entregables y garantizar que las campañas creativas y estrategias publicitarias sean exitosas, cumpliendo con los objetivos de tiempo, calidad y presupuesto

Responsabilidades:

·  Diseñar, planificar y ejecutar proyectos integrales desde el brief inicial hasta la entrega final.

·  Elaborar cronogramas detallados y asignar recursos para garantizar la eficiencia del proyecto.

·  Gestionar presupuestos y garantizar la efectividad de cada proyecto.

·  Actuar como enlace entre los clientes y los equipos internos (creativos, medios, etc.).

·  Identificar riesgos potenciales y proponer soluciones para evitar retrasos o complicaciones.

·  Coordinar reuniones de seguimiento, status semanales y presentaciones de avance para clientes y stakeholders.

·      Asegurar que los entregables cumplan con los estándares de calidad, creatividad y objetivos estratégicos de la marca.

Lo que buscamos:

  • Experiencia de 2-3 años en agencias de publicidad
  • Experiencia en campañas publicitarias integrales (ATL, BTL, Digital)
  • Plus: Certificación en gestión de proyectos como PMP, Scrum Master o equivalentes
