Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager based in Guatemala City, with the flexibility to work from home as needed. The Account Manager will oversee client accounts, maintain strong client relationships, and serve as the primary point of contact. Responsibilities will include managing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of client requirements, solving client challenges, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and grow business relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Client Relationship Management, Communication, and Customer Service
- Proficiency in Project Coordination, Task Management, and Organizational Abilities
- Experience in Negotiation, Problem Solving, and Strategic Thinking
- Familiarity with digital tools, CRM systems, and data analysis
- Ability to adapt to hybrid work environments and manage priorities effectively
- Previous experience in account management or a related role is preferred
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
