This isn't just an Account Manager role—you are an Account Success Manager: a strategic partner dedicated to delivering breakthrough results for a diverse portfolio of clients.

We're looking for an experienced professional who is a master of both strategy and execution. If you have a proven background in:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Marketing experience is a must (Minimum 1-2 years)
•    Services and maintains existing customers and improves customer relationships
•    Analyzes and researches pertinent information in order to respond to customer inquiries

•    Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs

•    Develop a thorough understanding of the client's position in the market, their product/service, points of difference, and competitive landscape

•    Meet with clients to establish project scope and budget, and ongoing updates/reporting

•    Develop and execute marketing campaigns that include both traditional and digital media

•    Oversee each phase to ensure deadlines and expectations are met

•    Evaluate marketing campaigns for effectiveness, including reporting

•    Send invoices to clients, in conjunction with Accounting

•    Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

•    Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

•    Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals

•    Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients

•    Identifies and targets potential customers

As the primary point of contact, you will serve as the trusted advisor and strategic leader for all client accounts. Your goal is to not just maintain, but to elevate client relationships and campaigns.

What You'll Be Doing:
Strategic Campaign Development: Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns across traditional and digital media, including cutting-edge social media and digital content strategies.Client Leadership: Meet with clients to define project scope, budget, and KPIs. Develop a deep understanding of their market position, competitive landscape, and unique value proposition.Project Oversight: Manage project phases to ensure all deliverables meet client expectations, deadlines, and budget, collaborating seamlessly with our expert contractor network.Performance & Growth: Evaluate campaign effectiveness through insightful reporting and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our full suite of services.Relationship Excellence: Build and maintain long-lasting working relationships by proactively addressing inquiries and ensuring the successful, timely delivery of solutions.
